"Tick tock, Tick Tock, Goes the Clock!"

"I'm late! I'm late! For a very important date!"

I remember through my childhood being brought up on a wealth of children’s stories and fairy tales. Not just English ones either, ones from Africa and alot from India. The Indian tales were my favorite; they had so many 'cool gods' as I used to say! Flying monkeys, blue men with many arms that rode on the backs of cows, frightening turtles! I loved those stories more than any other. The thing which tickled me more than anything else though was when I became older and began reading science fiction, was the stories of time. Arthur C Clarke did one of my favourate. Looking back though, I think that the reason was because in my early years of listening to stories, time was always a major element of the plot line. Characters didn't have enough of it, or it had already passed them by or…. it goes on and on.

I think it is all a reminder for real life. We have only a certain amount of time in our lives. I think it important that we use it well and wisely… Actually foolishly too, but as long as it is actively used and not simply let to pass through our fingers.

They do this thing called accent treatment at this clinic which we now get discounts

at by our workplace. Great. Just what I wanted. Well lets face it, we can't all be as beautiful as I am!

Party Party Party. For the first time in god knows how long we throwing a house party. I aid of Simon Birthday! Lucky little scamp. There should be somewhere between 20 and 30 people. I kind of forgot it’s Si Birthday, I suppose I will have to take a trip out this lunch time and get him a quick gift. I think the guy is going to get alcohol if he likes it or not.

This isn’t really a party, it more a chance to show off our new house. I'm not putting the address here, we don't want a random Skin / myspace cock up.

We've been given a whole load of 'money-off' schemes via work this week, my favourate being getting a

young and beautiful again! Adriana is thinking about reaching into her pocket for once and trying to make herself more beautiful. Good luck to her.

post When computers drive you up the wall

Lets get straight to the facts here. When computers work well they can be one of the most powerful tools created by man this half of the century. They can process tasks quickly and easily, can reduce workloads and alow you to comunicate instantly with people on the other side off the world at a fraction of the cost of previous methods (telegram, telephone).

However, when they don't work it can also be one of the most frustrating tools created by man this half of the century. They are slow, don't do what they are supposed to be doing, go wrong and bleep and give you error messages that you can't even read and understand let alone do anything about.

Yes indeed they can drive you up the wall. What was it a wise man once said? Can't live with them, can't live without them. Ah well, better get back to the window behind this one that is currently complaining as much about me as I am about him!

A uk cosmetic surgery clinic has made a deal with the umbrella corporation that own my company so

that we can use their services at a discounted rate. Alexander is really keen for Adrianna to get involved. I wonder why…

post The morning

Good morning world!

It's funny how as humans we really are creatures of habbit, aren't we? This morning I got off my transport, walked towards the entrance of work and couldn't find rufus. For the past 2 weeks every morning I've said hello to a dog called Rufus just before I go into work. How do I know his name is rufus? He told me of course! "RufFs!" He barked when I asked him!

Anyway I realised that giving Rufus a little pet every morning had become part of my routine, and so this morning I missed it.

Funny how sometimes you need to have something removed from your life before you realise how strongly engrained it had become.

post Angelina Jolie uses business for pleasure

After making her directorial debut at the Tribeca Film Festival last week, Angelina Jolie went to a party at the hotel Gansevoort where, after drinking some wine, she gave a lap dance to actor Olivier Martinez. It seems that Brad Pitt isn’t enough for her, now since he’s 100% hers. The only appeal he held to her vanished when he broke up with Jenifer Aniston!

“She turned to him on the banquette and was shaking it in front of him. She was giving him a lap dance,” another reveler tells Us. “She was looking over her shoulder, tossing a glance his way.” As another partygoer describes it, “It was very, very flirty.”

Brad better get his woman under control! She is publicly making a fool of him, and his manhood, stating through her actions that he is unable to satisfy her!

Ps - I promised to put a shout out to Mark at his new job doing pet insurance so here it comes… good luck Mark!
